JOHANNES ZEILER
Johannes Zeiler's greatest success so far was his brilliant depiction of Doctor Faust in Alexander Sokurov‘s multiple award-winning adaptation of the classic. Following his role in REVANCHE, he is now appearing for a second time in a film by Götz Spielmann. In OCTOBER NOVEMBER he plays Verena‘s husband, Michael.
Vita
Born in 1970 in Vorau, Austria. Trained at the Max Reinhardt Seminar in Vienna. He subsequently acted in various theatres, including Peter Stein’s Faust Ensemble. In 2011 he took the leading role in Alexander Sokurov‘s FAUST, which was awarded the Golden Lion at the Venice Film Festival.
